Payments & collections
Get paid on the deal, and every payment after.
Send the buyer a payment link or set up autopay. Every payment lands on the deal it belongs to, and the buyer walks away with a receipt.
Taking payments
Every way a buyer pays you.
Payment links
Email it, show a QR code at the desk or copy the link into a text. The buyer pays by card, bank account, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Pass the card fee on, or absorb it
Decide on each link whether the customer covers the processing fee. When they do, it's added to the deal once they pay.
Autopay
Charge every week, every two weeks, every month or on any schedule you set. Start from the deal's buy-here-pay-here or lease terms in one click.
Cash and checks, too
Record cash, checks and money orders on the deal, with a reference number, so the balance is always right.
Know where every dollar is
One list shows each payment as paid, pending, failed or refunded, and whether its money is expected, on its way or already in your bank.
Receipts and refunds
The buyer gets a receipt the moment they pay. Refund a payment from your dashboard when you need to.
Collections
Know who to call before the day starts.
Every deal you're collecting on sits in one list: who's behind and by how much, when the next payment is due, and when someone last reached them.
- One tap narrows the list to the accounts that owe you today
- Log each call, text or promised payment, and set the date to follow up
- Print the payment schedule, account status or receipts for any customer
Payoffs
Early payoffs that close at zero.
When a buy-here-pay-here customer pays off early, the interest they never used comes off and the account closes at exactly zero. Trading in for another car? Carry the payoff onto the new deal instead.
- A 10-day payoff quote you can print or send
- The old account stays open and collectable until you apply the payoff
- Undo a rollover and the old balance comes right back
No monthly fee. Pay when you get paid.
No setup fee and no minimum. When a customer pays you, the processing fee comes out of that payment — and nothing is charged in a month nobody pays.

Questions about payments
Do my customers need an account to pay?
No. They open the link on a phone or computer and pay by card or bank account. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
Who pays the card processing fee?
You decide on each payment link: add the fee to the customer's total, or absorb it yourself.
How does autopay work?
Choose how often and how many payments. The customer enters their card or bank account once and is charged on schedule. You can send them a link to update their card, or pause or cancel the plan.
Where does the money go?
To your own bank account, through Stripe. Every payment in your tracker shows when its payout is expected and when it's on its way.
